All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. This agreement outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your obligations related to the rental. Should any discrepancies arise between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take precedence.
Eligibility Criteria
Renting a Vehicle in Kingston

Booking and Payment Terms
- Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or in person at our Kingston office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are usually required upon vehicle pickup. Prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection, it is important to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be created and must be signed by you. Please ensure the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be evaluated and charged as necessary. Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at collection; refueling charges will apply if it is returned with less fuel. If you expect to return the vehicle late, please notify us immediately, as late returns may incur extra charges. Additional insurance options may be available to further limit your financial liability. Review these options closely, as you will be responsible for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess, unless covered by extra insurance. Any damage resulting from negligence or misuse remains your liability, regardless of your insurance coverage.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies depend on your booking type and the notice period provided. Please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for precise information. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees, which are outlined in your agreement to ensure clarity.
Prohibited Uses in Kingston

- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes, including racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
